With up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination included, we provide in-person meetings, venue walkthroughs, consultations via phone/email/video chat, budget management, guest accommodation assistance, complete wedding design, vendor selection, attendance at vendor appointments, wedding etiquette advice, timeline development, correspondence with vendors, assistance with invitations and mailing, wedding registry support, reception seating chart creation, wedding rehearsal supervision, and wedding day coordination. You've taken key steps by securing your wedding venue and finding the ideal dress, yet there are crucial tasks remaining. We will diligently evaluate your wedding budget, provide top-notch vendor recommendations, offer creative design suggestions, and expertly guide you through the wedding planning process. This comprehensive package includes up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination, in-person meetings, venue walk-throughs, phone/email/video chat consultations, budget management, assistance with guest accommodations, creation of a theme, color, style, and complete wedding design, selection of event-appropriate vendors within your budget, active participation at vendor appointments, and meticulous management of the planning process. Additionally, we confidently handle correspondence with vendors on your behalf, prepare the reception seating chart, supervise the wedding rehearsal and execute flawless coordination on the wedding day. The Cinderella Luxe Experience  Wedding Day Coordinator 

 You have successfully planned your wedding, and now it’s time to trust us to take the reins. We assure you that every detail of your wedding day will be meticulously handled by our team. From managing vendors and coordinating venues to overseeing last-minute tasks, we’re here to make your day completely stress-free. We will handle every aspect of your wedding day- from managing vendors and venues to smoothing out last-minute details. We make sure that your day is stress free.  • Assistance with last-minute tasks up to 4-6 weeks before "I Do"• Contact via email, phone, text, and video chat• 1 in person meetings or virtual meeting • Visit  both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding day • Check ins to make sure everything is going as planned• Development of a detail wedding timeline so everyone is on the same page• Follow-up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day• Wedding Rehearsal Supervision for 1 hour (additional fees will apply after 1 hour).• On-Site  wedding coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding• Vendor management- we coordinate with all contracted to vendors. We confirm their arrival time so the Bride and the groom can be stress free. We arrive in time to hang up your bridal gown. We lay out your accessories. We assist the bride with getting ready. We assist the groomsmen with their boutonnières . We do a dress, bow tie, and tie check! we care about every detail • We direct the ushers with seating and program handouts.• We prompt the bridal party when it time to walk down the aisle• We assist making sure that bridal party and family are ready for photographs• We direct the Maid of honor and the Best Man when it's time to give their speech​. For weddings with 175 or more guests, an additional coordinator is required, and there is an associated fee starting at $300.
